Types of Changes
- Within same city: Board resolution + Form INC-22 within 30 days
- Different ROC, same state: Regional Director approval required (Form INC-23)
- Different state: Special resolution, newspaper ads, creditor notice, RD approval
Required Documents
- Utility bill (not older than 2 months)
- NOC from landlord (if rented)
- Rent/lease agreement
- Conveyance deed (if owned)
